Ever since the #HMBalmaination hysteria calmed down, we’ve been taking guesses on who will be the next H&M guest designer. And finally – H&M announced that it’s next designer collaboration will be with Kenzo. Launching worldwide in selected stores and online on November 3, the collection will feature clothes and accessories for both men and women.
“We can’t wait to share with everyone the world of KENZO and H&M, with all of it’s creativity, fun and love of fashion,” said Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor at H&M, which revealed the collaboration would entail menswear, womenswear and a selection of accessories.”
“We can exclusively reveal what will surely be one of the most-wanted pieces: a short folkloric ribbon dress featuring various prints from the collection, which can be yours (if you’re quick enough) for £149.99 ($197)” – and thid is my favorite! <3
Judging from the colorful photos ahead, and a BTS video of the campaign shot by Jean-Paul Goude, I can tell the collection is full of playful and vibrant vibes. H&M’s head of design Ann-Sofie Johansson said, “Balmain was glamorous and sexy, and this is vibrant, young, and fun.” Read on to get a glimpse of the clothes and accessories.
